The Opportunity

A leading firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their well-established Private Client team due to an upcoming retirement. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice on trusts, taxation, and lifetime planning to mid-to-high-net-worth clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in private client work and a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.


Key Responsibilities

Estate planning and preparing complex wills

Trusts and estate administration, including advising trustees and executors

Business succession planning for business owners


Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 8 years PQE with experience in private client law

Proficiency in trust documentation, self-assessment tax returns

SFE/STEP membership desirable but not essential
