The Opportunity

A prestigious international firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally from a top-tier practice in the London market or a similar common law jurisdiction. This role involves providing strategic tax planning advice, particularly focusing on cross-border tax controversies and corporate tax matters. Candidates should have excellent client service skills and a high level of academic achievement.


Key Responsibilities

Advising on tax implementation for cross-border transactions

Managing tax disputes, including transfer pricing and competent authority issues

Drafting and providing tax advice with technical and commercial creativity


Skills and Qualifications

Broad corporate tax experience with a focus on tax controversy

Strong written communication and drafting skills

High academic achievement and the ability to work self-reliantly
