Experienced Consultant in Lifetime Planning Services Needed!


Are you a seasoned advisor with a proven track record in guiding clients through critical lifetime matters? Our client is seeking an individual with expertise in areas such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, inheritance tax, and family asset protection.


Ideal candidates will also possess:


  • Proficiency in handling various business structures like partnerships, LLPs, and companies
  • Prior experience in Court of Protection matters
  • Knowledge of trusts and their administration, including compliance issues
  • Familiarity with broader tax principles
  • Previous involvement in probate administration
  • Qualifications such as STEP & CTA certification, or actively pursuing these credentials


Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Capable of conducting client meetings in-person and remotely
  • Skilled in identifying legal issues, conducting research, and providing sound advice on costs and scope of work
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and advisory letters
  • Commitment to staying updated on relevant laws and industry practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
