This firm is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate to join their Employment team in Cambridge. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time hours, they're open to considering your application.


In this role, you'll collaborate with two Partners, tackling a diverse caseload that caters to both employers and employees.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing guidance on a variety of employment matters, from restrictive covenant disputes to Employment Tribunal litigation.
  • Advising employers on day-to-day workplace issues and drafting settlement agreements.
  • Offering corporate support and drafting employment contracts and Employee Handbooks.
  • Maintaining an understanding of Data Protection issues in the workplace.


Additionally, you'll be expected to stay updated on Employment law developments, sharing knowledge with your colleagues. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business growth by fostering referral opportunities and engaging in business development activities.
