The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer to join a fast-growing practice. You will advise corporate and institutional clients on finance and security matters, covering sectors such as leveraged finance, real estate finance, and asset-based lending. The role involves working with major banks, debt funds, and international clients, as well as contributing to the firm’s growth through business development and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on finance and security issues for a wide range of sectors
  • Supporting corporate, commercial, and real estate departments on funding issues
  • Drafting transaction documents and managing client relations
  • Assisting with marketing and business development


Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years PQE in banking and finance law (or equivalent in experienece)
  • Strong technical skills with a focus on banking and finance
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time, files, and teams effectively
