This firm is currently in the process of recruiting an experienced medical negligence solicitor (with two years or more post-qualifying experience ideally) to become a valuable member of the Medical Negligence & Inquests team located at the Norwich office.


As an AvMA accredited and Legal 500 recommended claimant medical negligence department, the team is actively seeking an enthusiastic team player ready for their next professional challenge.


The ideal candidate for this role should possess qualities of empathy and care, serving as a dedicated lawyer capable of delivering high-quality specialised advice across various aspects of medical negligence cases. A genuine passion for this legal field is essential, along with the ability to work independently. Additionally, candidates should be equipped to supervise, support, and mentor junior members within the team.


While the position is primarily offered on a full-time, office-based schedule, the organisation is open to considering strong candidates who prefer part-time or flexible working arrangements.
