Under the guidance of the Supervising Partner, the chosen applicant will oversee a portfolio of privately funded cases spanning various legal matters such as divorce, financial provision, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation, Children Act affairs, and separation agreements.


Candidate Requirements:


  • Ideally 2 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in the relevant legal field (Paralegal experience considered too)
  • Proficiency in client care, delivering professional and adept legal counsel adhering to SRA Code of Conduct
  • Strong aptitude in IT
  • Effective business development capabilities, showcasing successful marketing strategies
  • Ability to generate fees meeting predetermined targets
  • Current knowledge and skills aligned with Continuing Professional Development and internal training standards
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing individual caseloads
  • Adherence to and proficient management of deadlines
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills coupled with outstanding communication and technical proficiency
