Locally and nationally, the Milton Keynes CDR team has earned a formidable reputation. Its client base is of notable quality, featuring substantial regional businesses and a diverse range of clients from across the UK and internationally, including prominent corporate entities.



Due to the team's growth and the career development of existing members, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a lawyer with approximately 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join the team and further their career.


Key Responsibilities:


The team's expertise covers a broad spectrum of work, and the successful candidate will work alongside senior team members and independently on various high-value and complex disputes/projects, including but not limited to:


- Contractual disputes

- Share and Business Purchase Agreement disputes, including breach of warranty claims

- Energy-related disputes

- Enforcement of restrictive covenants

- Injunctive relief

- Professional negligence disputes

- Shareholder disputes

- Civil fraud claims

- Insolvency litigation
